1: How many days will it take to receive my NOC (No Objection Certificate)?

The Company is committed to issuing the NOC within 30 days from the date the customer applies for it.

A support ticket is automatically generated for every customer call and email received by the Customer Support team to ensure proper tracking and timely resolution.The Company is committed to responding to general queries within 72 hours. For complaints or grievances, the Company is committed to resolving them within 7 working days.

Q3: How many days will it take to receive my original property documents back after closing my LAP (Loan Against Property) loan?

After the loan has been closed, the customer applies for the release of physical loan documents, the Company is committed to handing over the documents within 30 days from the date of the request.

Q4: Are your branches open on Sundays?

Our Collection Centres remain closed on Sundays. Customers can conveniently make their loan repayments through BBPS, Digital payment or by scanning the Company QR Code.

Q5: How can I make an online loan payment?

Loan Payment Options

Customers can make their loan repayments through the following payment methods:

  • BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System)
  • Company Authorized QR Code
  • Net Banking

Customers can also activate NACH (Auto Pay) for hassle-free monthly EMI payments.

Q6: Can I apply for a loan directly with your company, or do I need to apply through a dealer?

The Company does not provide Two-Wheeler, E-Bike, or E-Rickshaw loans directly to customers. These loans are offered exclusively through the Company’s authorized dealers.

Loan Against Property (LAP) is offered directly by the Company.

Q7: How many days does it take for a two-wheeler loan to be sanctioned?

The Loan Turnaround Time (TAT) depends on several factors, including the customer’s credit score, location, profile, down payment, and Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio.

  • Two-Wheeler, E-Bike, and E-Rickshaw Loans: Loan approval starts from as little as 10 minutes, subject to successful verification and complete documentation.
  • Loan Against Property (LAP): The minimum processing and approval time is 7 days, subject to property verification, legal, technical, and credit assessment.

Q8: Which email address should I use to request my loan statement?

Customers can request their Loan Statement by sending an email to the Customer Support email address or by calling the Customer Support helpline to create a service ticket.
